Banded by what you hold, published, and the same for everyone
A foundation with a small team should not have to book a call to find out whether it can afford this. One number per band, everything included, no per-seat charge and no charge per donor or grantee.

What is not charged for
Seats, donors, grantees, updates, storage and the public fund pages. Growing does not cost you more until you cross a band, and the band is your funds under management, not your usage.
What you might still pay for
Video hosting and text messages are passed through at cost if you turn them on, since they are metered by the provider. Email is included. We will tell you the numbers before you switch either on.
Before you take this to a committee: you would be among the first
Paytron is new and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Being one of the first foundations on it comes with four things in return.
- A first-year price that reflects being first, agreed before you take it to trustees.
- Onboarding done with your team, including the CSV or CRM mapping, at no extra charge.
- A direct line to the people building it, and a say in what gets built next.
- Your data exported in open formats on request, at any time, whether you stay or go.
Contract length, notice period and what happens to your data if you leave are on the trust and data page.
Weighing it against what you have
Most foundations already pay for a CRM and a grant management system, and will be quoted a foundation suite or an impact tool. The comparison page puts Paytron beside all four, feature by feature, including the rows where they do more.
We will tell you the band on the call, not after it.
