For UK community foundations

Every gift, followed through.

Show every donor what their share paid for, in the grantee's own words, without adding a reporting burden to either of them.

A week of your own CSV export, no migration. Or follow one grant round the loop in the walkthrough now, with no form.

What changes for your foundation

Four outcomes, and under each one the part of Paytron that delivers it, so you can check the claim in the walkthrough.

  • Donors give again because they saw what the last gift did

Each donor's feed shows the grants their own money reached, in the group's words, with the exact pounds and percentage. Giving again, with Gift Aid, is two taps from the update itself.

    Attributed feed, give again

  • A small team stewards every donor, not just the largest ten

Routing is automatic: an approved update reaches exactly the donors whose gifts funded that grant. Your team's time goes on approving and on the relationships, not on cutting and pasting photos into emails.

    Automatic routing, review queue

  • Monitoring gets lighter for groups and better for you

Five minutes on a phone replaces a report nobody reads. You get the numbers you asked for, a photo and the group's own account, while they are still doing the work.

One link, three questions, their consent

  • Your board can see the loop closing

How many days it takes an update to reach donors, how many grants have one, and which have gone quiet, on one screen. Every quarter, a board pack whose figures reconcile and whose narrative a named person signed.

    Overview, board pack, audit log

How the loop closes

Three steps, each with a person in charge of it.

Given.Granted.Seen.

  1. 01

    A grant is paid

The attribution engine works out each donor's share of every grant payment, to the penny, with a plain-English explanation. Statutory money never lands in an individual's feed.

  2. 02

    The grantee gets one link

One photo or a short video, three questions in their own words, the numbers they counted, and their say on who sees it. About five minutes on a phone. Drafts survive a dropped signal.

  3. 03

    A person approves

Your team sees the grantee's words beside the suggested headline, checks the safeguarding screen and approves. Only then does it reach donors.

For donors

Not a newsletter. Your share, in their words.

A donor's feed shows only the grants their gifts helped pay for, with the exact pounds and percentage. They can say thank you (your team reads it first), share what the grantee chose to make public, or give again in two taps.

  • Weekly or monthly digests, or every moment as it lands
  • A living statement for every fund, signed off by finance
  • Gift Aid handled at the point of giving

Harbour Youth Project

Twelve Friday nights, eighty four young people

We ran twelve Friday sessions through the winter and opened the kitchen an hour earlier. Young people who were hanging around the parade now have somewhere warm with food and staff who know them.

Your share: £75.00 (25.00%) via the Community Fund

An invented group and an invented gift.

For grantees

Five minutes on a phone, not a twelve-page report.

A personal link that works on one device, no account, no password. Photo, three questions, the numbers you counted, and a clear choice about who sees it. Speak instead of type if you prefer. If a child could be identified, the moment is held until a person has checked.

Share a moment

One photo or a short video from your grant. You choose who sees it.

Next: your words

Built for a small team with a big remit

Review in minutes, not evenings. Everything a trustee or an auditor could ask for is one export away.

  • Review queue

Grantee words beside the AI suggestion, safeguarding flags first, one click to approve, request changes or hold.

  • Your CRM, unchanged

Salesforce or CSV exports in; report status and moment links written back. Nothing to migrate.

  • Statements to the penny

Living fund statements from Xero or a balances file, signed off by finance, with a PDF that matches the page.

  • Exports that just work

360Giving, the HMRC Gift Aid schedule, and a quarterly board pack with a narrative you edit before it leaves.

How we would start

No migration, no procurement marathon and nothing to install. One export, one pilot fund, and your board sees the result inside a quarter.

  1. 01

    Week one

You send a CSV export of funds, donors, gifts, grants and payments. We load it. Nothing changes in your CRM.

  2. 02

    Week two

A walkthrough on your own funds: your grants, your donors' shares, your fund statements, with someone who has read your export.

  3. 03

    Month one

A pilot with one fund and a handful of groups you choose. Your team approves the first updates; your donors see them.

  4. 04

    Month three

Your board sees the first loop-closure figures and the first board pack. You decide whether to roll it out to every fund.

You would be among the first foundations on Paytron. That means we do the onboarding with you, you shape what gets built next, and the first year's price reflects it. The detail is on the pricing page.
