Your link comes to you
There is nothing to sign in to and no password to remember. When your foundation would like an update, it sends you a personal link by email or text. Open it on your phone and it works straight away.
If your link is not working
- Links expire after seven days. Ask your foundation for a fresh one.
- Open the link on the same phone you used before, links are tied to one device.
- Copy the whole link from the email or text, including any part on a second line.
Still stuck? Reply to the message your link came in, or contact the foundation that sent it. They can send a new link in a few clicks.
