Your CRM
Nothing to migrate, and your CRM stays the system of record
Paytron reads what you already keep and writes back only two things. If you leave, your CRM is exactly where you left it.
What comes in
- Donors, funds, grants, grantees and payments, on whatever schedule suits you.
- A dry run first: you see exactly what would change before anything does.
- Field mapping you control, so your naming survives.
What goes back
- Report status, so your grants officers see it where they already work.
- A link to the approved moment on the grant record.
- Nothing else. Paytron does not push donor records back at you.
What we connect to today
Salesforce
Both directions, including the standard nonprofit objects. Change data capture where you have it, a scheduled sync where you do not.
A CSV export
Whatever your CRM can export. This is how most foundations start, and it is enough to see your own funds on the first call.
Xero
For fund statement figures, or a balances file if you would rather not connect it. Either way finance signs a period before it publishes.
Using something else? [OTHER CRMS SUPPORTED] Tell us on the call and we will say honestly whether a CSV is the answer for now.
What this means for your data
A sync is a read. Paytron never deletes anything in your CRM, and every write is one of the two above. What Paytron holds, where it holds it and how to get it back is on the trust and data page.
Bring one export and we will load it on the call.
